It's officially cold enough to break open your skin, my lips cracked on my way to work this morning...In my lips defence though, I did assist them...they didn't really "crack" but they did get extremely dry, and instead of moisterizing them when I got into work, I peeled them *hangs head in shame*, I know, gross right? but thats one of my sicknesses, I cannot resist peeling skin, the bigger the peel the happier I become! The lip is actually a challenge for me because everytime they get dry I attempt to peel off my entire bottom lip in one shot, Ive succeeded in this only once, but it wasn't the whole lip it was half the lip...going along one end to another...I will be posting photos of my lip...as soon as I get a chance to take a photo of it, but I gotta say it makes smoking a terrible terrible thing afterwards.

On a brighter note, I had a nutritious breakfast this morning, coffee and sour cream and onion chips. I can feel myself getting healthier already!
